At Konntext, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account and/or personal data, please follow the instructions below.

What data will be deleted?

• Your user account (email, name, and credentials)

• Chat history, shared files, and any user-generated content

• Activity logs and preferences associated with your account

What data will be retained?

• Anonymous data not linked to your identity, used for general analytics (e.g., user activity by region)

Deletion timeline:

Once we receive your request, your account and all associated data will be fully deleted within 15 business days.

Important notes:

• This action is irreversible.

• If you are using Konntext as part of a corporate account, please check with your administrator before submitting this request.
